Kibing Group (Malaysia) Limited was established on October 23, 2014, with the registered capital of 400 million yuan, which is the subsidiary wholly-owned by Zhangzhou Kibing Glass Co. Ltd. In July 2020, Hunan Kibing Solar Technology Co., Ltd. invested a total of 100 million RMB to build a new rear PV glass deep processing line, and was put into production in December of the same year.
